Algemene aantekening

History of this Series:

In 1999, the Video recordings were assigned numeric identifiers (e.g. 100) and arranged into subject categories. They were not divided into institutional records (MOA) and private/external records (MAN) as the Audio recordings were. No unique-sequential identifier was imposed on the records; only the assigned numeric identifier was used for managing the film and video recordings. At first, video records that were created in one recording session (e.g. two film reels captured for one performance) were assigned separate numeric identifiers. Later on at an unknown point in time, records that were created in one recording session were assigned one numeric identifier and an alpha character (e.g. a, b, c, etc.) was affixed to the end to create a unique-sequential identifier (e.g. 110a, 110b, etc.).
