Series consists of Conservation records that cannot be attributed to a specific member of the Conservation staff. There are currently only two files in this series. As of 2017, the majority of Conservation records in the archives came from Conservator Miriam Clavir. These records can be found in the Miram Clavir series of the Conservation sous-fonds.
File contains records related to a repatriation of one object back to the originating community in the United States. File contains correspondence, MOA’s internal records on the object, agreements, receipts, export declarations, records on the visit of the community to the Museum, and certificates of appreciation from the community.

Tahltan Project MOA Alone - 2001
File contains records related to the Tahltan Research Project. The Tahltan Research Project’s purpose was to collect and preserve knowledge from Tahltan Elders and community members about Tahltan objects and historical photographs in MOA’s collection. File contains correspondence, consent forms, memorandums, MOA’s object records, transcripts of interviews and visits from the Talhtan Community to MOA, travel itineraries, and 42 colour slides of photographs from visits to the Tahltan Community. File also contains a consent form for the Coast Salish Basket Documentation Project

Sous-fonds consists of records documenting the work of the Collections unit at the Museum of Anthropology (MOA). Material includes object acquisition and loan records, in-house and traveling exhibition planning documents, collection images, artist and object research, contracts, permission forms, correspondence, insurance documents and other administrative records.
