File consists of a draft of Northern Spring by Anthony Carter, edited by Carter's son-in-law Alan Campbell. Northern Spring is a biography of the Carter family and the community of Goodsoil in Saskatchewan. The text, poetry and design are by Anthony Carter and the cover image is by his brother Phil Carter. The edited draft includes an obituary of Carter and other materials reprinted from his funeral, as well as a photocopy of a photograph of Carter and his wife Minn Sjolseth.
