Subseries consists of records created, received, and/or used by Miriam Clavir in the course of her administrative duties, including her activities on the Collections Committee. These records come in the form of correspondence, memoranda, annual reports, collection policy notes, (staff) retreat reports, budget reports, minutes of meetings, typewritten notes, a collection survey report, and a conservation photograph for the MOA website.
