Consists of photographs documenting Jensen and Powell’s trip to Village Island and New Vancouver in 2005. People included are: Bill Holm, Marty Holm, Bill Cranmer, Emma Tamilin, William “Wah” Wasden Jr., Jay Stewart, Guy Buchholtzer, Dr Pat Shaw, Dr Marie Mauze, Bruce White, Jack Knox, Debra Brasser, Judy (surname unknown), and skipper Bill McKay.

Transcripts of interviews for Where The People Gather: Norman Tait et. al

Item consists of commentary during totem pole creation: includes anecdotes, reflections on working on the pole and with Norman Tait, strategies for certain tools and designs, celebrations, stories and challenges of the poles, and experiences with masks and regalia.
Vickie Jensen's description (from November 2021 archival accession notes): "Transcript A1 of interview with Howard Green, NEC director, and Marty Aspinaw (sp?); Transcript B2 says Tape #1-Gibson's Landing, L&K Log Sorting Yard-these are my taped notes made after the visit to L&K Log Sort and first time Norman saw the log; Transcript C2: pt page basically says the same thing as B2, but then I interviewed Chip April 11 in the Turnbull and Gale lumber yard (raining) They started rounding the log, taking off the sapwood at the lumber yard and then decided to move it to the UBC carving shed; Transcript D2: pole moving day; Transcript E2: to April 23 (Norman looking at my photos), N (Norman) talking to R (Robert "Chip"), H (Hammy), I (Isaac) and W (Wayne); Transcript F2. labeled Tape 3 (day after Wayne started the fin, Isaac starts the beak add on; 48 hours after the 1st cuts); Transcript G2: Making tools and April 28, Norman talking about carving faces; Transcript H2: (This was the day of the nursery school visit) Note on transcript says last photo is 211 for this tape. Tracy Powell

File consists of photographs of carver Tracy Powell working on a Salish-style canoe in Anacortes. Jensen was asked by Samish tribal chairman Kenny Hansen to document the event.

Totem Poles of Stanley Park Talks

File consists of an early picture postcard collection of Stanley Park, images of totem poles, announcements of Jensen presenting her research and of the new edition of the book, and several sets of notes for lectures by Jensen about the book.

Totem Poles of Stanley Park Project

This series consists of records relating to the creation of Vickie Jensen's publication, Totem Poles of Stanley Park (eds. 2004, 2009, 2015).

Records include multiple copies of the publication in various states of completion, research materials and correspondence on the historical context of Stanley Park and its First Nations population, artworks by Northwest Coast artists, Vickie Jensen's interviews and lectures about the publication, and notes, outlines, and feedback on the publication's drafting. Many of the records are divided according to the particular chapter of the publication that they were associated with.

Totem Poles of SP Research Materials

File consists of research materials and correspondence on the historical context of Stanley Park, including articles about the park and its First Nations population, Totem Poles and pole raisings, Residential Schools, Northwest Coast art, carvings by Susan A. Point, and other literature on relations between the colonial government and First Nations. Additional items are a transcript of an interview with Salish carver Robert Yelton, a 2004 edition of Jensen's "Totem Poles of Stanley Park" with annotations, and email correspondence with John Dewhirst, Loretta Woodcock, Dorothy Kennedy, Kevin Griffin, Terri Clark, Jil Weaving, Eva Sierp, and Carol DeFina, regarding Jensen's totem pole research and Stanley Park.

File consists of a typed draft of "TOTEM POLES: Contemporary Northwest Coast Carvers Voice Their Views." This publication discusses learning processes, tools, figures, signature pieces, colours, raising of totem poles, pole locations, the role of museums, non-Native carvers, master carvers, general conclusions, and details on interviews with Wayne Carlick, James Lewis, Isaac Tait, Joe David, Glen Wood, Norman Tait, Lucinda Turner, Jim Hart, Stan Green, and Lyle Wilson. This copy was posted to Isaac Tait by Tiffany Leidy, who was a student of Margaret Stott's at UBC; Jay Powell and Vickie Jensen were her supervisors.
