Kaagan

File consists of images taken at or near Slatechuck Mountain on Haida Gwaii (called Kaagan in the Haida language). This mountain, located near Queen Charlotte City, is best known as a source of argillite, a rare form of slate used in Haida art. Images in this file show individuals harvesting argillite, in addition to images of women harvesting and preparing spruce roots to weave baskets, and images of the Golden Spruce tree that formerly stood in the area.

Dan George Bio

File consists of a draft of a biography of Dan George by Anthony Carter, with edits by Carter's son-in-law Alan Campbell. The file also includes biographical information about Carter.

Minn and Anthony in the Dunbar House

File consists of a photograph of Anthony Carter and Minn Sjolseth in their Dunbar house as well as a photocopy of this photograph with the caption "Minn and Anthony in the Dunbar House."

Carter album (blue Oneoffree)

File consists of materials collected by Anthony Carter and housed in a photo album/scrapbook including newspaper clippings, pamphlets, a copy of the Beaver magazine, and a mounted poster relating to Carter's publications. The album also contains Carter's National Geographic Society membership certificate, and some materials related to Minn Sjolseth's art career.
