Morris McLean, Ambrose Maquinna, and August Dick provide Mowachaht (Muwachat) and Yuquot (Friendly Cove) pronunciations of terms. Page numbers from the 1989 version are provided. Morris McLean sings a traditional song about the first seal near the 40-minute mark of Side A.

Side A and beginning of Side B refer to content from book 1 (titled "Our world"), while the remainder of Side B refers to content from book 2 (titled "Our ways").
