Photographs of opening

File contains images of the unveiling of Robert Davidson's work "Raven Bringing Light to the World" at the Museum of Anthropology, UBC. In addition are also images of dancers and performance at the opening

Photos

File mainly contains photocopies of images of Northwest Coast pieces featured in the exhibit, and photocopies of historical images of Edenshaw and of First Nations villages. Other textual records include copies of loan agreements between MOA and the Royal BC Museum. The photographs are reproductions of historical photographs featuring Charles Edenshaw.

PR photos and copies

File contains images of bentwood boxes used for public relations for the exhibit. In addition are correspondence with the CBC, and a copy of pages from the guest book from the exhibit.

Robes of power print materials

File contains book and exhibit pamphlet for exhibit Robes of Power: Totem Poles on Cloth. The book published from this exhibit is No. 17 of the Museum Notes Series In addition are two letters of correspondence.

Royal British Columbia Museum

File contains copies of still images permission forms from the Royal British Columbia Museum, as well as copies of correspondence between McLennan and the RBCM regarding obtaining images from the RBCM for the <i>Signed without Signatures</i> exhibit. There are also photocopies of the images of cedar hats and silver bracelets supplied by the RBCM. The contact sheets include images of a cedar hat.

Royal Ontario Museum

File contains copies of correspondence between McLennan and the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) regarding MOA borrowing some pieces from their collection to showcase in the <i>Signed Without Signature</i> exhibit. The majority of the photographs contain in this file are images of a cedar hat held at the ROM. Other photographs depict gold and silver bracelets.

Test prints

File contains photocopies of images of some of the silver work featured in the <i>Signed withot Signature: Works by Charles and Isabella Edenshaw</i> exhibit.

Text and photographs

File contains images of the text that was used as well as images of the exhibit <i>Show and Tell: The Story of the Big Mac Box</i>. In addition there are two images on the contact sheet that show a different exhibit titled <i>Blood from Stone</i>.

Tlingit Long-tail canoe

File mainly contains textual records related to the Tlingit Long-tail Canoe Exhibit. Textual records mainly consist of photocopies of historical photographs of Tlingit canoes. Other textual records include copies of correspondence between McLennan and the Royal British Columbia Museum, where many of the images were obtained from, and information about the exhibit, including a promotional handout, and a project report.

The images contained in this file are historic photographs of Tlingit canoes.

Transforming image - painted board photographs

File contains images of some of the painted boards and screens featured in the <i>Transforming Images</i> Exhibit held at MOA and at the Canadian Museum of Civilization. There are also images of some of the artists featured in the exhibit working on their pieces.
