File consists of two buttons from the efforts in 1985 efforts to protect the South Moresby islands (Gwaii Haanas) of Haida Gwaii. One button has the text: "Protect Lyell island, Haida Country." The other is from the South Moresby Caravan, 1986. Protesters efforts led to the creation of the Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve.

The textual records contained in this file are photocopies of images of canoes, both from historical photographs and of modern day photographs.
