Series is further arranged into subseries, with the records in the subseries arranged chronologically. The records in the series are composed of photographs, work order forms, correspondence, and memoranda. Subseries consists of correspondence, memoranda, plans, financial documents, design plans, minutes, budgets, notes, and contracts.
