Subseries contains four files consisting of background information, meeting minutes and correspondence, research on other cultural centres, and reports. McLennan’s role in this project was to consult with community members to help them identify their needs in order to properly house their cultural heritage.
Spiral bound book that "presents images and texts from the exhibition Speaking to Memory, and additional photographs and commentaries from the school building demolition and ceremony that followed in 2016." Only a small number of these books were printed (as of April 2018).
Subseries consists of records relating to research on residential schools that led to the production of the exhibit Speaking to Memory: Images and Voices from St. Michael's Residential School, held at the Museum of Anthropology, UBC.
File contains photographs of a bent-wood box held in the collection at the Southwest Museum as well as notes regarding the objects and the collections policy.
Subseries contains one file of photographs taken by Edward Malin for the Quatsino source book. Additional material includes an inventory of all slides used in the sourcebooks.
File contains catalogue records, both printed and handwritten, of Northwest Coast items housed at the National Museum of Natural History at the Smithsonian. Other textual records contains correspondence between MOA and the Smithsonian. There are images of some of the artifacts in the Smithsonian, such as totem poles and clothing displays.
