File mainly contains images of the class of 2006 and some of the art and carving projects they created in their program. There are also images of local scenery. The textual records in this file include an itnerary of the "Official Opening of the Freda Diesing School of Art & Design", and a list of the inaugural class as well as a list of their individual artwork projects.
Subseries consists of copies of prints and negatives from museums around the world depicting indigenous peoples in Victorian portraiture style photographs during the turn of the 20th century. McLennan acquired these copies with the intention of proposing an exhibit which never materialized. There is also a file of accompanying documentation including correspondence regarding the loans of photographs and other research materials.
File contains a copy of the <i>American Indian Baskets: Trees, Reeds, and Grasses</i> Exhibit at the Bellevue Art Museum in Bellevue Washington. Records consist of administrative information about the exhibit and photocopies of photographs of the baskets on exhibit.
File contains images from the Northwest Coast collection at the Canadian Museum of Civilization. There are also images of CMC's <i>Treasures of the Tsimshian</i> exhibit that ran from November 2, 2007 – January 6, 2008.

File contains a copy of a letter addressed to McLennan from the Museum of Northern British Columbia. The file also contains photocopies of images, as well as accompanying catalogue cards.
File contains images of various townspeople living in Bella Bella. The textual records include correspondence between McLennan and the United Church of Canada/Victoria Library Archives and catalogue cards from the five photographs included as well as from others.
