Was born ca. 1859 and his parents are from old Kimsquit village. Photographed in an old Indian house Jim is wearing a ceremonial costume used in the Ksiut dances of Saiutr. He is wearing a whiteman’s blanket decorated with mother of pearl buttons. His assistant is Lame Charlie who is carrying a mask carved to represent Saiutt
