[Victor's driver's license, Shanghai, 1929 or 1930]
Victor's driver's license, issued in Shanghai when he was 38 years old, either in 1929 or 1930. A photograph of him is attached.
[Victor's British expatriate armband, 1942]
Victor's armband, required to be worn by all expatriates in Shanghai after the Japanese invasion in 1942. The band is made of red fabric, the letter B and a four digit number. The "B" signified that he was a British subject.
