File mainly contains photocopies of images of Northwest Coast pieces featured in the exhibit, and photocopies of historical images of Edenshaw and of First Nations villages. Other textual records include copies of loan agreements between MOA and the Royal BC Museum. The photographs are reproductions of historical photographs featuring Charles Edenshaw.

Edenshaw artifacts photos

File contains copies of correspondence between McLennan and McMichael Canadian Art Collection regarding a loan of a silver bracelet in McMichael's collection. There is also a copy of a loan agreement, and an inkjet copy of the bracelet in question.

American Museum of Natural History - spoons and bracelets

File mainly contains images of silver bracelets and other silver metal works on display in an unnamed exhibit. The textual records includes print outs of catalogue records for spoons and bracelets held at the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH). There is also a copies of correspondence between McLennan and the AMNH regarding a loan made to MOA from AMNH.

Royal British Columbia Museum

File contains copies of still images permission forms from the Royal British Columbia Museum, as well as copies of correspondence between McLennan and the RBCM regarding obtaining images from the RBCM for the <i>Signed without Signatures</i> exhibit. There are also photocopies of the images of cedar hats and silver bracelets supplied by the RBCM. The contact sheets include images of a cedar hat.

Brown Album - Willie [Stallworthy family scrapbook]

The file consists of a scrapbook containing material about Rev. George Stallworthy and his descendants, especially his son George B. Stallworthy and William Wilson Stallworthy. The scrapbook consists primarily of correspondence, with photographs, postcards, drawings, business cards, school records and copies of diplomas, memoranda, pamphlets and other ephemera.
